Based in Lake Worth, Florida, we help clients make sense of their coverage and feel more confident about the protection they choose. As a Part-time Insurance Sales Rep., you’ll be part of a team that values honesty, clear communication, and genuine service. You won’t just be selling policies. You’ll be helping families and businesses protect what matters most to them. In this role, you’ll meet with clients, learn what they need, and guide them toward insurance options that fit their lives. It’s a position for someone who enjoys building trust, staying organized, and helping people feel comfortable with important decisions. This role offers a minimun base salary of $18 pre hour based on experience, its inclisive of bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective and current clients to understand their insurance needs
  • No Cold calling
  • Present coverage options in a clear, helpful way so clients can make informed choices
  • Prepare quotes, update policies, and support the sales process from start to finish
  • Follow up on leads, renewals, and referrals with consistency and care
  • Build lasting client relationships through reliable service and responsive communication
  • Identify opportunities to round out coverage based on each client’s situation
  • Work closely with the team to support agency goals and deliver a smooth client experience
  • Maintain accurate records and keep client information organized in the system
Requirements
  • A Property Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Prior 1 year experience in home and auto sales insurance in Florida prefered
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
  • Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software
  • Strong organization and follow-through with client requests and renewals
  • Preferred familiarity with quoting systems, policy changes, and cross-selling opportunities
