We are a well-established real estate appraisal firm looking for a certified real estate appraiser to join our team on a part-time basis. We are seeking an experienced certified real estate appraiser to prepare market value appraisals for residential real estate properties. As a certified appraiser, you will be responsible for analyzing property information and market trends and providing accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect properties and gather data from property stakeholders
  • Analyze and evaluate market trends and conditions to determine property values
  • Produce accurate and detailed appraisal reports in compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Maintain current knowledge of real estate trends and industry regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
