POSITION SUMMARY:

As a local Field Leader/Inspector, you'll be responsible for assisting our internal leadership team prepare and inspect the work of our cleaning teams to ensure they consistently meet and exceed our standards. Each day will involve helping prepare the day for our cleaning professionals in our local facility and visiting the vacation rental properties under our management, where you'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, thoroughly checking each property to ensure everything is in tip-top shape, properly stocked, and ready to receive our next guests. You’ll be the point person to handle any issues that may arise with a get-it-done attitude that could include rolling up your sleeves and pitching in as needed.

You’ll collaborate closely with our internal leadership team, receiving comprehensive training in our specialized processes. Additionally, we provide ongoing support to foster your growth and unlock opportunities for career advancement within our fast-growing company.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available - all during daytime hours.

Our in-field operations take place daily between 9 AM and 4 PM. Typical expected work hours take place during this time. Provided you are available 4+ hours during this time frame 3+ days per week, Well & Good will work to find the schedule that works best for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with Corporate Support team and local vendors to achieve onboarding of homes to the Well & Good standard.

  • Assign and monitor work orders daily, ensuring proper completion by the appropriate party.

  • Establish and educate the team on cleanliness and tidiness according to Well & Good brand standards.

  • Oversee the on-site inventory, ensuring proper storage, efficient access to, and ordering of company items.

  • Oversee and maintain efficiency in the off-site laundering and daily linen distribution process for cleaning professionals, while establishing a subset of laundering within your location.

  • Inspect homes according to Well & Good's QA framework, coordinating with leadership to reflect the inspection results to the cleaner's rating.

  • Complete turnover work orders as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by the leadership team

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to learn to navigate our company's in-field applications via smart phone

  • Access to reliable transportation with valid driver's license

  • Willingness to undergo a simple background check

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage Range: $28 - $31 an hour based on experience and achievement.
