Join a fast-paced, high-volume insurance office where no two days are the same.

We are looking for a dependable, personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This is a customer-focused role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a busy office environment.


No insurance license is required to get started.


Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese Preferred.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

  • Assist customers with day-to-day insurance service needs
  • Answer a high volume of phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Help customers with policy questions, documents, payments, changes, and general service requests
  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
  • Process customer requests accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up on outstanding customer needs
  • Maintain accurate customer and policy information
  • Work closely with the agency team to ensure customers receive timely, professional service
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Provide a friendly, professional customer experience from start to finish

Requirements
