LOCATION: 9810 Giles Rd La Vista, NE 68128

We are actively recruiting individuals we can train to become the best Swim Instructors in the industry.  Whether you're retired and looking for part-time hours in a job you'll enjoy or you're looking for your first job that offers potential to build your way up through one of the fastest growing swim schools in the country, we have a place for you!

Hours:
10-20 hours per week
Days:   Varies; Open Monday through Sunday - both am and pm shifts available
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with Swimtastic® curriculum in a fun, positive manner.
  • Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts.
  • Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills.
  • Maintain proper equipment and time organization to ensure timely class start times.
  • Provide customers with monthly, individualized feedback on swimmers during Splash ‘N Tell week.
Position Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Previous swim instruction experience is preferred, but not required.  Loving kids and being reliable with the ability to swim is an absolute necessity!
  • Willing to certify in CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infants
  • Training in the Swimtastic® curriculum will be provided - just bring joy!
Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (varies based on experience)
