To thrive as a Part Time Instructor, you need subject matter expertise, teaching experience, and at least a bachelor's degree (often a master's or higher) in the relevant field. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as Canvas or Blackboard and digital presentation tools is typically required. Exceptional communication, organization, and adaptability help instructors engage diverse learners and manage varying schedules.
