Pilates Instructor

Downtown Orlando & Tuskawilla Part-Time or Full-Time | Must Love the Mic

FS8 is not your average fitness studio—we combine functional training, reformer Pilates, and yoga-style flows into one unique experience. We're looking for dynamic FS8 Instructors who can deliver killer classes, connect with members, and bring contagious energy to the mic.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coach FS8 classes with confidence, clarity, and control (yes, you'll wear a mic )
  • Guide members through reformer, mat, and movement-based sessions
  • Ensure safe, effective, and challenging workouts across all fitness levels
  • Build genuine connections with members and contribute to a positive studio vibe
  • Assist with light studio admin tasks and support member retention efforts

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Are certified in Pilates, Yoga, Group Fitness, or Personal Training
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, boutique fitness environment
  • Have strong verbal communication and a positive, welcoming presence
