About the role
Are you passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals? HealthFitness is seeking dynamic, motivated HIIT Instructors to join our vibrant fitness team at a premier client site in Boston, MA! This flexible role is offered as either part-time (teaching 1 class per week) or substitute/as-needed/fill-in (number of hours working depends on demand and scheduling)!
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact-guiding members through fitness classes, delivering top-notch training sessions, and empowering individuals to be their best selves. If you thrive in a people-focused environment and love inspiring others to live healthier lives, we'd love to connect with you!
In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in our High Intensity Interval Training program!
Minimum Requirements
  • Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT required.
  • Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.
  • 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $50.00/hr $65.00/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. Additional commission opportunities for someone with an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved Personal Trainer certification. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
