Position Summary
As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
  • Ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning properly
  • Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
  • Maintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulations
