Job description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a fast and accurate Part-Time Warehouse Associate - Fulfillment to join our warehouse team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to walk the warehouse floor, locate items, and pull them for customer orders. If you enjoy a physical job where you are on your feet and moving throughout your shift, this is the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order selection - receive picking tickets (paper lists) or use RF Scanner.
  • Efficiently locate products in the warehouse using SKUs and bin locations.
  • Pick the correct quantity of items without errors. Ensure picked orders match the customer order exactly.
  • Organize picked items on carts or totes for packing.
  • Visually inspect items during the pick process to ensure they are not damaged or defective.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies (wrong item in bin, missing stock) to a supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstation, keeping aisles clear of debris.

Education and Experience Required:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
  • Read English and identify SKUs and zip codes
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Comfortable with basic counting and inventory checks.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to push/pull carts weighing up to 40 pounds.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:
  • Previous experience in a grocery, retail, or warehouse picking environment.
  • Experience using RF Scanners or pick tickets.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: 2:00 - 6:00 pm Mondays - Fridays
