Job description

Roshan Hospitality Group is seeking a dependable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance / Shuttle Driver to join our team at the hotel. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe property, and provides excellent guest service. During the hotel’s off-season periods, this role will also assist with guest shuttle transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general hotel maintenance and repairs including:
    • Minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and preventative maintenance
    • Guest room repairs and upkeep
    • Public area maintenance and cleanliness
    • Assisting with pool and exterior upkeep
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
  • Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain organized maintenance areas and tools
  • During off-season periods, provide shuttle transportation for hotel guests to and from the airport and local destinations
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide friendly customer service
  • Follow all hotel safety and company policies

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
  • Must be able to drive hotel shuttle van safely
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
