Based in: Cincinnati, Ohio
Position Type: Part-Time
Taproom Hours: Monday-Thursday: 3pm - 11pm, Friday-Saturday: 12pm - 1am, Sunday: 12pm - 10pm.

We are in search of amazing people to add to our growing family. We need candidates who can help keep our customers, staff, and grounds safe and secure during the afternoons and evenings. We are looking for people who can quickly resolve difficult situations if they arise. You will be working as part of a team with your main priority watching over our Taproom and common areas.
Responsibilities / Skills:
  • Welcome guests to our taproom and thank them for visiting with us. Ensure visitors and guests are safe leaving our facility.
  • Maintain calm, helpful, and appropriate interactions in times of high stress.
  • Observe buildings and grounds on foot. Ensure that only authorized personnel are admitted onto the non-public area of the facilities.
  • Report safety and fire hazards observed on routine patrols and inspections and endure proper capacity limits are observed.
  • Escort visitors and employees to and from parking areas as needed.
  • Check Identification of purchasing taproom guests to ensure proper drinking age is observed.
  • Respond to, investigate, and problem solve routine complaints reported by taproom guests and employees. Document required incidents as directed by the facility manager.
Requirements / Abilities:
  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for an extended period.
  • Experience in the bar industry and checking IDs is preferred but not required.
  • Weekend availability is a must.
