Wachter is accepting applications for a Staff Safe Agent to join our growing, fast-paced call center operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ONSITE at the Mt. Laurel, NJ.  In this role, you will support participating businesses Nationwide utilizing the StaffSafe system to ensure the welfare of staff and customers. 
 
 
WE ARE NEEDING TO HIRE FOR THE FOLLOWING PART-TIME SHIFT: 
 
       Saturday and Sunday:  3:00-11:00 pm
 
 
 
 
As a Staff Safe Agent, you will be fielding Inbound calls from staff at participating businesses Nationwide when they feel their safety and/or that of their patrons is at risk and work to de-escalate the situation at hand.  We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to staff members of participating businesses when in need.
  
As a key member of our Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients in emergency situations and work to resume safe & normal operation of the business as quickly as possible.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Field LIVE assistance calls from participating clients Nationwide
  • De-escalate conflicts and provide reassurance
  • Contact local Emergency Service, as necessary
  • Data entry
  • Monitoring of CC-TV
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Be able to pass standard background checks & drug testing
  • Possess strong & effective written & verbal communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Well-spoken
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining neutral, calm, & focused under pressure
  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service-related job field/environment
  • Ability to effectively work in office effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to take overtime, if needed
