Job description

This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the 92 Force Support Squadron, Marketing Office, Fairchild AFB, WA.
The primary Purpose of this position is to assist the Marketing Director or Alternate in the development and execution of marketing and advertising programs for the 92d Force Support Squadron through digital media content, Commercial Sponsorship and event execution.
This is a Regular Part-Time Guaranteed 20 hours per week eligible for Air Force NAF benefits.Qualifications:Who May Apply: Open to everyone. Applicants will be categorized by preference(s) and/or priority consideration eligibilities. An applicant's eligibility will be determined based on eligibility claimed in the questionnaire and proof of eligibility MUST be provided with application by the closing date, 08/31/2026

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Degree with emphasis in business, marketing, communications and/or web design is strongly desired. Experience which provides a general knowledge of marketing/advertising principles and practices. Experience must demonstrate the ability to perform research, select, arrange and compose material and maintain well-organized files. In addition, must have specialized experience which demonstrates the ability to design and layout advertising copy and artwork using desk top publishing software, word processing and other software. Experience developing, conducting and analyzing market research information. Skilled in Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Lightroom, PremierPro, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Microsoft applications, social media platforms such as - Meta Business Suite, and WordPress. Efficient DSLR camera/video. Ability to read, write and speak English. Must possess skill in dealing with customers and the public.Education:Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.Employment Type: OTHER
