  • Serve as the primary EHS point of contact supporting aircraft modification programs

  • Identify hazards and implement risk mitigation strategies throughout production processes

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with EHS teams and site departments

  • Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs and maintain reporting systems

  • Lead or support incident investigations, inspections, and corrective action tracking

  • Analyze emerging safety regulations and assess their impact on operations

  • Prepare technical reports, safety analyses, and presentations for leadership

  • Recommend and evaluate risk control technologies and safety solutions

  • Drive continuous improvement through corrective action planning and follow-through

What You BringRequired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

  • Strong ability to identify, assess, and control workplace hazards

  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills

  • Experience managing safety programs and training initiatives

  • Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification

  • 3+ years of industrial safety experience

  • Experience translating regulatory requirements into procedures or desk instructions

  • Background working across multiple programs or locations

  • Experience with aircraft operations, aerospace, or MRO environments
