Job Title Preload Associate

Location: Shawsheen St, Tewksbury, MA

Schedule: 1:30am-6:30am

Employment Type: Part-time, Hourly

Pay: $23.00

Being a Certified B Corp on a mission to change the meat industry by displacing industrial, factory-farmed meat and seafood with sustainable and ethical alternatives, raised (and caught) locally and humanely by small, independent farmers and fishers. We connect families with farmers by distributing our delicious products directly to thousands of member households, through wholesale channels, and in select local retail locations. Our mission is to support healthier animals, people, and communities. 'Waldeneers' believe in simplicity, doing the right thing for our members, and that the little things matter.

What You'll Do

  • Work on a team-based packing line
  • Ensure all delivery vans are properly loaded and ready to hit the road prior to drivers arriving
  • Load and unload freight trucks with products from our partners
  • Complete general warehouse maintenance tasks such as compacting cardboard
  • Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move orders around the warehouse as needed (no prior experience necessary with the equipment, we will train you!)

What You'll Bring

  • History of excellent work attendance
  • Ability to lift and move 35 pounds
  • Willingness to jump in to do whatever needs to get done
  • Able to speak and read basic English
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving history for the past 3 years
