Position Overview: The Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West Hotel in Plymouth, MN, is looking to add a couple of strong team members to our engineering department. We currently have a full-time opening focused on nights and weekends, as well as a part-time position that will help provide coverage where needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, stay productive, and take ownership of their responsibilities while helping keep the hotel running smoothly. Pay will be based onย experience.ย

Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and building systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment for guests and team members. This position performs preventative maintenance, responds to maintenance requests, and assists with repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building upkeep. Successful candidates must be self-starters who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative without constant direction. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work professionally with guests and fellow team members are essential to success in this role.
