As the first and lasting impression of our restaurant, this role requires someone who understands that hospitality is both an art and a skill - someone who can combine grace under pressure with the ability to lead the flow of the dining room with ease.

We're known for our authentic Greek cuisine, world-famous bakery, and warm, welcoming hospitality.

Our team is a close-knit group that values respect, tradition, and teamwork. Many of our guests have been dining with us for generations - and the same goes for our staff. What You'll Do as a Host/Hostess Warmly welcome guests with confidence, professionalism, and a sense of hospitality.

Manage table assignments and reservations using Seven Rooms or similar systems. Maintain calm and order at the host stand-even during peak times. Answer phones and guest inquiries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.

Keep the entrance and lobby area clean, organized, and inviting. Communicate clearly with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations. Step up to assist with guest concerns, checkouts, or team support when needed.

Set the example in punctuality, appearance, and professionalism. What You Bring to the Table Minimum of 2 years' experience as a host/hostess in a high-volume restaurant. Familiarity with digital table management systems (Seven Rooms preferred).

Excellent phone and in-person communication skills. Professional demeanor and polished appearance. Calm and capable in high-pressure situations.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be 18+ and able to obtain a Food Safety Certification within 60 days of hire. Physical Requirements Able to stand or walk for the duration of your shift.

Occasionally lift or move 25-50 lbs. Visual acuity for reading screens, seating charts, and guest cues.
