Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly and graciously greet guests upon arrival and manage efficient seating
  • Record guest names and estimated wait times during busy periods
  • Accommodate special seating requests and balance customer flow
  • Offer menus and inform guests of their server and current specials
  • Assist servers by bussing tables and delivering drinks when possible
  • Inspect and maintain cleanliness of tables and restrooms
  • Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return
