WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Manage reservations and waitlists using our table management system
  • Coordinate table flow and communication between front- and back-of-house
  • Stay calm under pressure during high-volume peak periods
  • Make guests feel seen, valued, and excited to be part of the experience
