What You'll Do

As a Host, you'll play an important role in creating the exceptional Guest experience Boston Pizza is known for by:

  • Greeting every Guest with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude
  • Managing the Guest waitlist and seating Guests efficiently
  • Answering phone calls and assisting with takeout orders when required
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the entrance, lobby, and Host stand
  • Communicating effectively with Servers and Managers to ensure smooth Guest flow
  • Anticipating Guest needs and providing accurate wait times
  • Assisting with Guest inquiries and creating positive first and last impressions
