Pinch is a concierge aesthetics technology startup operating across multiple states with a headquarters in Illinois. We bring licensed providers directly to clients for in-home aesthetic treatments - and behind every appointment is a warehouse that ensures the right kits, products, and supplies arrive on time, in spec, and traceable to the vial.
About the role
We're hiring a part-time Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day flow of inventory through our Skokie, IL warehouse. You'll be the hands behind three core operations: receiving inbound shipments, building treatment kits from on-hand components, and packing provider orders for shipment.
This is a role for someone who likes structure, takes pride in doing things right with attention to detail, and is comfortable working with both physical inventory and the digital tools that track it.
What you'll do
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips
  • Assemble products and kits according to standard specifications
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tools
  • Keep the warehouse organized, stocked, and ready for the next shift
  • Help with other warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements
Required
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Comfort using web-based tools and digital inventory systems
  • Ability to follow written standard operating procedures
  • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift
  • Read and write English fluently
  • Willing to work on-site in our Skokie, IL facility

  • Prior warehouse, fulfillment, pharmacy, or medical supply experience
  • Familiarity with inventory management or Kanban systems
