Job description

We are a local and established real estate inspection company that is interviewing persons interested in establishing a long term commitment with us to become home inspectors and build the organization.


This is a paid training position and with our help some of our trainees will complete the process and qualify to become licensed inspectors with our company.


This is an entry level position that requires an open mind, the willingness to learn, patience, good character, a strong work ethic, a good attitude, willingness to help others,  willingness to get dirty working outside in hot and cold, crawling around in hot attics, climbing roofs,  and a desire to grow and learn new skills.


Required skills and traits are teachability, the ability to read and write, able interact with and get along with others, physical fitness, and able to provide the highest level of customer service on a daily basis.


Applicants will train part time and then move to full time. Hourly pay is $14.5-$20/hour. Once you have obtained the necessary licenses, progress in your inspection skills, and are able to perform home inspections and termite inspections on your own, pay will also increase. Licensed Professional Inspectors are paid an hourly wage, and earn additional pay per job completed.
