• Conduct daily inspections of vacant apartments and model units to ensure tour readiness

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Travel between assigned communities within the Nashville region as needed

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or multifamily experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management software
• Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram for marketing purposes preferred
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to walk communities, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work Saturdays as needed
