Aspire Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide exceptional in-home care services to clients throughout the Redding area. If you are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life, we would love to hear from you.

Position Summary

The Home Health Aide will assist clients with personal care, daily living activities, and companionship in the comfort of their homes while working under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
  • Support clients with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
  • Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
Qualifications
  • Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
