Your responsibilities include all phases of patient care in accordance with the patient’s health, age, and developmental needs. You also keep detailed records of their health. You work with physicians and healthcare teams to provide treatment and evaluate the patient as needed. You also monitor their psychological, cognitive, psychosocial, and cultural-spiritual status and complete relevant assessments.
