What You’ll Do

As a Clinical RN Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of field nurses & Clinicians (PT/OT & SLP's) to deliver top-quality care

  • Conduct supervisory and assessment visits for adult and geriatric clients

  • Oversee clinical quality, compliance, and patient outcomes

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of nursing staff

  • Facilitate in-services and continuous education for your team

  • Collaborate closely with office leadership to drive operational success


What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Active Virginia RN license in good standing

  • Minimum 2+ years of RN experience

  • Recent experience in a Medicare-certified home health setting

  • Strong knowledge of OASIS, case management, and quality assurance

  • Supervisory or leadership experience

Preferred:

  • Background in home health, acute care, med/surg, or sub-acute settings
