Performs end-to-end document management activities ensuring compliance with standards and safeguarding the integrity of critical documentation.

  • Identifies and communicates risks within document management processes to management, ensuring the protection and integrity of all critical documentation.
  • Adheres to and enforces document retention guidelines and policies in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Executes data entry, tracking, and processing activities to support efficient document management and retrieval.
  • Tracks document management metrics and operational performance.
  • Prepares necessary documentation for audits, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Utilizes accounts and services processing systems and internal databases to analyse data, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in billing and invoicing.
  • Manages end-to-end document workflows for deposit accounts, client onboarding and treasury services, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensures completeness and correctness of account documentation, adhering to specified formats and regulatory requirements.
  • Organizes, secures, and mitigate risks in document processes while maintaining integrity and compliance.
  • Ensures accuracy in documentation, prepares audit materials, and mitigates risks in document management.
  • Completes complex & diverse tasks within given rules/limits and may include handling escalations from other employees.
  • Analyzes issues and determines next steps.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
  • Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in accounts documentation, or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
