Administrative Coordinator – Assistive Care

Salary: $16-$18/hr

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator for our Assistive Care office in Westfield, NJ.

If you are looking for an opportunity to support a mission-driven office and help create a warm, organized, and welcoming experience for clients, families, employees, and visitors, this could be the right role for you. The Administrative Coordinator plays an important support role in the office by handling key administrative tasks that help the team stay focused on client service, caregiver support, and office growth.

Responsibilities for an Administrative Coordinator

  • Answer phones, take messages, and support incoming communication with a calm, friendly, and professional presence.
  • Welcome clients, families, employees, and visitors and help create a warm first impression of the office.
  • Support front desk coverage and daily office flow.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, information packets, and routine correspondence as needed.
  • Maintain filing, forms, and general office organization.
  • Support data entry and administrative recordkeeping.
  • Monitor office supply levels and help coordinate orders for approval.
  • Help maintain shared office spaces, including reception and conference areas.
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks that support office managers and day-to-day operations.
  • Provide dependable administrative support while adapting to changing priorities and office needs.
