This position supports a small office team and remote support staff, reporting directly to the Office Manager, Reception Supervisor, Administrative Director, or HR Manager. Working hours are flexible, with part-time and shift options including evenings and weekends, tailored to the employee’s capabilities. The role utilizes various software tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, and proprietary office management systems alongside traditional paper-based methods to ensure efficient office operations.
