These services can include assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Part time home care is often chosen by seniors or people with disabilities who need some support but do not require full-time care or prefer to remain in the comfort of their own home. It can also provide family caregivers with much-needed respite. The flexibility of part time care allows for personalized schedules and support tailored to the individual's needs.

To thrive as a Part Time Home Care worker, you need basic health care knowledge, physical stamina, and often a high school diploma or equivalent, with some roles requiring certification such as CPR or a Home Health Aide (HHA) license.
