Part-Time Divorce Litigation Associate Attorney

  • Position Title: Part-Time Associate Attorney (Divorce Law)
  • Location: Woburn, MA (Hybrid / In-Office flexibility)
  • Compensation & Benefits: Salary commensurate with experience, with a bonus structure for billable hours exceeding 80 hours per month.

About the Firm Greco Law, PLLC is a boutique law firm specializing in divorce law. We are looking for experienced, court-ready part-time attorneys who enjoy litigation and client advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in court and throughout divorce litigation proceedings.
  • Handle legal research, case strategy, and draft motions, pleadings, and memoranda.
  • Manage discovery processes, including financial disclosures.
  • Maintain a target of 80 billable hours per month.

Qualifications

  • Active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of dedicated divorce litigation experience.
  • Strong background in courtroom representation and advocacy.
  • Familiarity with Clio practice management software is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
