Responsibilities

Job Summary: As an eFulfillment Center Partner II, you'll pick, pack, and prep Customer orders and load them into delivery vehicles. You'll be part of a cohesive team that strives to fulfill as much of a Customer order as possible in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

eCommerce Fulfillment Operations:

  • Selects and bags full or partial customer orders for shipment in an organized, clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
  • Checks products for out of date / damages to ensure freshness and quality of products
  • Properly loads carts into delivery vehicles in a clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
  • Performs work tasks in a safe manner, in accordance with work instructions; proactively takes action to address / improve safety issues within the facility
  • Completes work assignments in a timely manner; uses time efficiently and productively in support of facility goals for on-time deliveries
  • Ensures that work performed meets individual productivity goals, team productivity goals, and / or facility productivity goals
  • Complies with all federal, state, and company regulations / standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation
  • Accurately completes assignments and resolves issues related to accuracy
  • Communicates below standard wareroom, cooler, and / or freezer conditions to management
  • May work with automation within the facility

Stocking:

  • Unloads / sorts product to put-away carts; stocks carts to selection locations
  • Unloads / sorts product to pallets; inducts product into automated put-away system
  • Minimizes shrink through careful handling of product
