BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) the following benefits:

  • Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

  • Minimum one year work references in any type of field. - "Newly certified welcome"
  • Current HHA - Home Health Aide license listed in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing
  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must be authorized to work in the US

  • Activities of daily living
  • Light housekeeping
  • Grooming

  • Range of motion / exercises
