Job description

Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and energetic individuals to serve as a Team Lead in a residential treatment center for at-risk girls. In this role, you will be providing direct care, supervision, and support to out clients. In addition to working directly with clients, the Team Lead is responsible for supporting, guiding, and overseeing Co-Op Coaches to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Provide consistent supervision and emotional support to clients
  • Foster a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes healing and personal growth
  • Assist clients with daily routines, life skills, and program activities
  • Model appropriate behavior, communication, and coping skills
  • Observe, document, and report client behaviors, progress, and concerns to the clinical team
  • Supervise, support, and mentor Coaches during assigned shifts
  • Ensure staff follow program policies, safety procedures, and treatment protocols
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain professional boundaries and uphold HIPPA at all times

Position Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with at-risk girls ages 10-17 (preferred)
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to to communicate with other staff members
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to support, coach, and hold staff accountable in a respectful manner
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background screening per the State of Nevada DPBH.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening upon hire and will be subject to random drug screenings

Job Type

  • FT - Monday-Friday Nights (11:00pm-7:15am)
  • PT - Saturday/Sunday Nights (11:00pm-7:15am)
