United Talent Staffing is immediately hiring a Part-Time QuickBooks Specialist for a professional business in the Nitro, WV area!
Job Duties:
  • Greet and welcome visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Manage front-office flow and provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilize QuickBooks 2024 for basic office and accounting-related tasks
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
  • Assist office staff with administrative support as needed
  • Fax, scan, print, and prepare documents for mailing
Pay and Shift: $15.00-$20.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Part-Time hours (flexible schedule)
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • QuickBooks 2024 proficiency is REQUIRED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
