We are currently seeking a nurse for Full Time Night Shift.
Hours
Full Time: Block scheduling, 36 hours per week, every other weekend.
PRN: 12-hour shifts, as needed.
Day Shift: 6:00am-6:30pm
Night Shift: 6:00pm-6:30am
Base Pay Range: $43.24-$50.50/hr depending on years of experience

🩺 About the Role
As an RN at ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Avondale, you'll provide a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our nationally ranked facility delivers hospital-level services, comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit.
You'll collaborate with an exceptional interdisciplinary team to care for patients with complex medical needs, including:
  • Intravenous therapy
  • Surgical & wound care
  • Tracheostomy management
  • Mobility assistance
  • Lines, tubes, and drains management

You will be a key contributor in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that drives optimal recovery outcomes.
Position Highlights at a Glance
  • Average Length of Stay: 10-14 days
  • Patient Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, orthopedic, complex medical & more
  • Collaborative Care Environment: PT/OT/ST, physicians, respiratory therapy, case managers & more
  • Advanced Clinical Experience: IVs, trachs, wound care, lines, tubes, and drains
  • Schedules: 12-hour shifts | 3 days/week | Rotating weekends/holidays with differential pay
  • Every RN is trained as a charge nurse to cover as needed

• ️ What You'll Need
  • Current RN License (State of AZ)
  • BLS required
  • 1+ year of experience preferred (Acute care a plus)
  • CRRN preferred
