  • Part Time Head Trainer
  • Looking for someone interested in personal training small group sessions including some weekends.  
  • Assisting with opperations, marketing and events at our Walnut Creek gym.


Job Summary
We are seeking a Experienced Personal Trainer to join our Small Group Training gym. As a Personal Trainer, you will coach session of small group personal training, customize workouts according to individual's needs and goals, and provide education on how to preform workouts correctly and safely. Your primary goal is to help clients reach their fitness objectives. The ideal candidate is a great teacher with a passion for fitness. We are looking for someone who can work independently, is highly responsible, and dedicated to their role!  

Responsibilities 
  • Create individualization to workouts according to client needs when needed
  • Expertly coach Small group training sessions of 6 people max
  • Ensure that all gym safety standards and procedures are followed
  • Ability to assist with marketing events, social media, and community events.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • At least 5 years of experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor certification
  • Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics 
  • First aid and CPR-certified
  • Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Independent and responsible
