Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of our office buildings, and other properties. This position works approximately 20 hours per week and plays a vital role in ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance tasks to support offices, clinics, and company-owned properties
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment as required
  • Identify and report damaged or defective materials and questionable conditions in interior spaces
  • Repair or replace minor plumbing issues, including leaks in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Complete assigned maintenance service requests in a timely manner
  • Perform grounds work and basic exterior maintenance as assigned
  • Monitor and coordinate work performed by outside contractors
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining building systems as assigned
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all prescribed safety regulations
  • Ensure all work is completed in an ethical and consistent manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience required
  • HVAC certification highly preferred
  • Plumbing and carpentry experience strongly preferred
  • Must have own basic tools
  • Must maintain a clean DMV record for insurance purposes
