SUMMARY
Restaurant Greeters are responsible for creating a welcoming and warm first and last impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions through providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Assign and plan seating flow based on occupancy.
  • Adhere to grooming standards and expectations in our business casual environment.
  • Communicate dietary restrictions, allergens and special requests through the appropriate channel.
  • Answer phone calls with Miraval standards and assist guests with needs and/or questions.
  • Take note of to-go orders and input them through basic POS system.
  • Attend to the cleanliness of the restaurant as needed.
  • Keep area stocked with menus and silverware.
  • Be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials.
  • Provide a friendly, warm, and genuine environment.
  • Maintain communication with serving staff and leaders.
  • Assist with side work duties as needed.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and a collaborative spirit by supporting various Food and Beverage operations as needed, including restaurant service and banquet functions
  • Accepts and fulfills additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, acknowledging that duties may evolve and are not limited to those listed.
