Preferred Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Muskegon is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

This position is an important part of the guest experience. The receptionist will often be the first person our guests see or speak with, so we are looking for someone who is professional, welcoming, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department

  • Follow up with guests and provide updates regarding their vehicle or dealership experience

  • Assist with accounts receivable duties and payment processing

  • Maintain accurate records and complete basic administrative tasks

  • Communicate professionally with guests, team members, and outside vendors

  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

  • Assist dealership departments as needed
