Job description

Position Summary BGI is seeking part-time F-16 Instructor Pilots to periodically deploy to international F-16 locations and provide mentorship and operational feedback/advising to partner-nation F-16 squadrons/pilots. Position involves candidates acting as operational/tactical subject matter experts by applying advanced technical concepts in the area of F-16 employment. Positions also include assisting with creation of training materials and mission scenarios.

Candidates would be expected to deploy to an international location for 2-3 months. Positions available immediately. Must have an active secret security clearance.

Job Responsibilities Conduct quality aircrew mentorship and performance feedback Evaluate and record pilot performance of mission conduct Advise on the conduct of F-16 flight operations, supervision and flight safety Support aircrew training scenario design Participate in flight briefings and debriefings for pilot missions Review monthly/quarterly flying literature, safety reports and service publications for updated information to be incorporated into training materials Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Director or applicable managerEducation, Credential Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline Experience: Operational Instructor Pilot (IP) experience (required) Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years as a fighter pilot in a fourth or fifth generation fighter aircraft International pilot experience desired F-16 Weapons School graduate desiredEducation, Credential Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline Experience: Operational Instructor Pilot (IP) experience (required) Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years as a fighter pilot in a fourth or fifth generation fighter aircraft International pilot experience desired F-16 Weapons School graduate desired
