- Archiving Grand Rounds and conference videos. Creating promotional collateral for department programs (including its fellowships, continuing education events, research recruitment, internal and external events, alumni outreach, and more) for newsletters, social media, graphic design, marketing, direct email, creating & editing videos, more; includes meetings to plan and implement.
- Creating PowerPoint slides for faculty meetings and other departmental presentations.
- Analytics and metrics for event reports, social media accounts and website traffic. Assisting with event planning, graphics, production, and post-production. Includes meetings to plan and implement.
- Database management for listservs, outreach, conference, event and alumni mailing lists. Website updating and maintenance for program pages (education, research, events), faculty and staff profile pages, news and events pages, resource and archive pages, etc.
- Knowledge of and compassion for people with mental health illnesses and psychiatric conditions.
- Graphic design and analytic skills are imperative. Attention to detail is a must, as is a good attitude, the ability to take direction, and the ability to accept constructive feedback. Self-directed, self-starter, good communicator, and patient.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
