WHAT OUR PARK SERVICES TEAM MEMBERS DO 

Our Park Services Team Members are the backbone of cleanliness and guest comfort. You’ll maintain clean and sanitized common areas, assist guests, and ensure the park looks its best all day long. 

A PARK SERVICES TEAM MEMBER’S DAY-TO-DAY 

  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, restroom cleaning, and trash collection. 
  • Pick up debris around the park and parking lot throughout the day. 
  • Ensure trash receptacle bags are changed regularly to prevent overflow. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all food areas, including dining spaces, queues, and kitchen areas. 
  • Replenish park services cart supplies before starting assigned duties. 
  • Clean equipment, restock supply rooms, and ensure custodial closets are tidy and locked at the end of shifts. 
  • Greet Guests in a friendly manner and assist with directions and general inquiries. 
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure Guests have a positive experience. 
  • Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment. 
  • Ensure that restrooms are cleaned and sanitized according to the IIPP checklist. 
  • Work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness throughout the park. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support park operations. 

WHAT IT TAKES 

  • Minimum age: 18 years. 
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals is preferred. 
  • Must be courteous to Guests with strong communication and service-oriented skills. 
  • Must be a team player with problem-solving abilities. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (or currently enrolled in high school).

WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS 

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment where you’ll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with some assistance. You’ll work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
