This position offers a dynamic environment that combines customer service, golf course assistance, and retail responsibilities, providing a rewarding experience for those passionate about golf and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the golf shop
  • Open and close the golf shop as scheduled
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pro shop
  • Assist with merchandising and inventory organization
  • Answer phone calls and book tee times
  • Check in golfers, process payments, and manage daily sales
  • Reconcile cash register sales and daily reports
  • Assist the Golf Shop Manager with golf tournaments and special events
  • Support outside services including:
  • Maintaining the cart fleet
  • Cleaning and organizing golf balls
  • Maintaining the driving range, practice tees, putting green, and short game areas
