Employment Type: Part-time (25-30 hours/week)

Compensation: $25-35/hour, based on experience

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation for commuting and running errands (mileage reimbursement provided for errands completed during working hours)

Proposed Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Additional hours may be added to help with occasional evening or weekend support (e.g., dinner parties, seasonal events)

  • Comfortable around children and willing to transition into childcare as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Meal Planning & Preparation:

  • Prepare fresh meals (4 dinners/week), focusing on healthy options
  • Prepare quick breakfast, lunch, and snack options to ensure healthy, easy meals are available throughout the day
  • Assist with food prep (e.g., chopping vegetables, washing fruit, preparing snacks)
  • Help with meal planning and grocery ordering/sorting
  • Occasionally assist with dinner parties (extra pay for this)

Laundry:

  • Separate, wash, dry, fold, organize, and manage family laundry (clothing, bedding, towels)
  • Iron and steam clothes as needed
  • Manage linens: rotate bedding, refresh towels, restock essentials
  • Keep laundry area tidy

Household Management & Organization:

  • Light housekeeping, including tidying up common areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
  • Restock household items and maintain inventory (e.g., toiletries, cleaning supplies)
  • Maintain existing household systems (80-90%) and assist in developing new ones as needed (10-20%)

Vehicle Management:

  • Ensure vehicles are clean and maintained
  • Schedule routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations) and manage appointments
  • Keep vehicle records organized and updated
  • Pay for and manage vehicle yearly registration

Pet Care:

  • Feed our dog and provide general care (occasional walking, feeding)
  • Coordinate vet appointments and grooming
  • Occasionally transport our dog to/from the groomer

Errands & Inventory Management:

  • Run errands (dry cleaning, grocery shopping, gift wrapping, returns, etc.)
  • Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
  • Create and manage a running household supply list and anticipate upcoming needs
  • Coordinate and manage household orders (e.g., Amazon, Instacart, etc.)
  • Maintain the household inventory and ensure timely reordering of necessary items

Deep Cleaning & Special Projects:
