Job Summary
This is a 19.5 hour per week maximum, part-time position. This position requires employees who are able to positively represent this Office and the College to various internal and external constituents with a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
The employee must have effective writing, verbal communication, and Microsoft Office skills. Employees must have a high level of integrity as they may come into contact with confidential information. This person may serve as the first point of contact for the office, perform clerical duties, run errands on campus, and assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Assist with special projects and perform technical duties. -
- Perform customer service and technical duties as assigned
- Run errands as specified by supervisor
- Assist with special projects
- May need to drive a campus golf cart to carry equipment
- Perform related work as required
