Part Time Geo Chemicals Jobs (NOW HIRING)

GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Production Lead. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX.  Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells and Aledo. 

Key Accountabilities: 

• Addresses production issues to ensure machine efficiencies and production levels are achieved.
• Performs various quality checks and assists in the preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains an accurate inventory through activities such as: proper reporting of material usage, minimizing wastes, and ensuring that measuring devices are properly calibrated.
• Accurately completes all paperwork and/or data entry to support job tasks.
• Follows all plant policies and practices to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are met.
• Ensures good housekeeping of all work areas.
• Leads safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEO-specific Health and Safety expectations.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge: 

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a manufacturing & operations environment.
• Some experience as team lead and performing quality control inspection on finished manufactured products.
• Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed project expectations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team oriented with ability to work with multiple personalities in a professional manner.

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role:
  • Bending, lifting, stooping, and standing greater than 50% of the time

• Repetitive motion demands
  • Hands/wrist/shoulder.

• Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds as needed. Over 50 pounds requires team lift.

Work Environment/Environmental Conditions:

• Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes, and gases
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Walking surfaces: Outdoor areas ramps and rough/uneven terrain
