Job Title: Content Creator & Athlete Media Coordinator (Entry-Level / Internship)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, driven, and social media-savvy Content Creator & Athlete Media Coordinator to help bring our athletes and brand to life through engaging digital content and storytelling. This role focuses on creating authentic, on-the-ground content that highlights athlete experiences, brand initiatives, and community engagement while supporting our overall digital media strategy.
Candidates located near our athletes, clients, or key markets are strongly encouraged, as this role emphasizes in-person content capture and local storytelling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and capture photo, video, and social content featuring athletes, events, and brand initiatives
  • Travel locally to practices, events, appearances, shoots, and activations to gather authentic content
  • Produce short-form content optimized for social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels
  • Assist with filming, editing, and publishing content aligned with brand voice and athlete objectives
  • Identify compelling storylines and behind-the-scenes moments that connect audiences to athletes and the brand
  • Coordinate content schedules and maintain organized media libraries
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and social media teams to support campaigns and content initiatives
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations for future content opportunities
  • Stay current with social media trends, editing styles, and emerging content formats

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Journalism, Media Production, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience creating content for social platforms, either professionally or personally
  • Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of athlete branding, sports culture, and social media trends
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends when events occur
  • Ability to travel locally and work independently when capturing content
