Job description

We are looking for a part-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our friendly pediatric orthodontic clinic in Coral Gables! As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play an essential role in providing exceptional care to our young patients and their families. You’ll assist the orthodontist during procedures, help maintain a fun and welcoming environment, and ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet children and their families warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Explain orthodontic care plans to parents and answer any questions they may have.
  • Record vital signs and medical history accurately.
  • Prepare sterilized instruments and equipment for pediatric orthodontic exams and procedures.
  • Assist the orthodontist during procedures, focusing on creating a positive experience for children.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and adhere to clinic policies.
  • Help schedule appointments and perform light administrative tasks.
