Independent Contractor Assignment:
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI Applications Independent Contractor to support specialized development, enhancement, and deployment of internal AI-enabled applications services. This is a hands-on assignment focused on building scalable, maintainable business tools across frontend and backend systems, including databases, APIs, integrations, and AI powered functionality.
This project is expected to run for approximately 2-3 months. The contractor will be engaged in services of an anticipated commitment of up to 15 hours per week.
Independent Contractor Assignment Scope of Work:
  • Develop internal AI enabled web applications using modern full stack technologies
  • Build and support both frontend and backend components, including UI, application logic, databases, and APIs
  • Implement scalable internal tools, dashboards, and workflow driven systems
  • Support AI related features such as LLM integrations, prompt based workflows, and intelligent application components
  • Assist with workflow automation and system integrations using platforms
  • Review and improve existing code to enhance maintainability, performance, and scalability
  • Apply clean coding standards, secure development practices, and general web application security principles
  • Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Participate in technical discussions, reviews, and deployment readiness activities
  • Other scope of work may be assigned

Independent Contractor Requirements
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in full stack application or web development; AI development highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind, and modern UI development practices
  • Solid backend experience, including APIs, SQL/database connected applications, and system integrations
  • Proven ability to deliver clean, well structured, and maintainable code
  • Experience developing internal business tools or operational systems
  • Strong understanding of development best practices, including version control, testing, debugging, and documentation
  • Familiarity with secure development standards and practices
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a contractor capacity

Hourly Range: $50 to $80 (DOE)
